IT’S ABOUT TIME YOU RE-THINK LEADERSHIP!
The demands of modern leadership are very different from those most organizations are used to. Leadership that will produce and live up to the demands of innovation, flexibility, creativity and results for the new world of work has to play by a different set of rules. It is important therefore for leaders to understand what they must do differently in order to make meaningful impact in their roles.
Without a doubt, the real impact of globalization, technology, changing demographics and other disruptors on work, worker and workplace is truly and deeply significant. Not acknowledging these disruptors much less determining how to rise to the occasion for change would have serious and long-lasting negative consequences.
Specifically, business leaders must ask:
1. Why is command and control no longer a viable response to leading today’s workforce?
2. Why is the concept of trust emerging as a currency for superlative performance and
3. What has psychological safety got to do with growing a culture of respect, candor, innovation and achievement of corporate objectives?
In this course, participants will find all the answers to these and more.
